Reverend Tommy Clark is a minister ordained by the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He grew up in Lewisburg, Tennessee. He graduated from Cornersville High School in 1997. In 2008 he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University. In 2009 he moved to Memphis, Tennessee to attend Memphis Theological Seminary. While enrolled in seminary and living in Midtown Memphis, he developed a love for people affected by homelessness and a passion for Urban Ministry. In 2012 he founded the Urban Bicycle Food Ministry (UBFM), a ministry that provides meals, basic needs, and relationships to people on the streets of Memphis. He graduated from Memphis Theological Seminary in 2013 with a Masters of Divinity.

In 2015, while serving McCain’s CP Church, Tommy returned to Memphis Theological Seminary to complete a Doctorate in Ministry. He now resides in Nashville and serves West Nashville CP Church, the Urban Bicycle Food Ministry in Nashville, and is a consultant for individuals developing ministries in various cities in the U.S. In addition to ministry, Tommy is an avid runner, cyclist, and outdoors enthusiast. And, he is a devoted husband to his partner in ministry, Ellen Hudson Clark.
